At WallTheArt, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We carefully prepare and pack every order, and we always do our best to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
Return Window
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we gladly accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
After reviewing the issue, we may offer one of the following solutions:
A replacement item
A return and full refund
A partial refund
Another suitable solution depending on the situation
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged by the customer, and returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
Personalized and Custom Products
Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Because these items are created specially for each customer, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Return Shipping
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will help with the return, replacement, or refund process.
For returns that are not related to damage, defect, or an incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returned items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders can only be canceled before they enter production or shipment preparation. Personalized or custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
