Most canvas art orders are prepared and shipped within 1 business days after payment confirmation.

Personalized, custom-made, or special-size orders may require additional preparation time. If extra time is needed, we will do our best to inform you.

Shipping Carriers

We usually ship our canvas art products with FedEx or DHL Express.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Estimated Delivery Time

After shipment, most decorative canvas art orders are delivered within 3-5 business days.

Damaged Packages

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and do our best to offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or return.

Lost or Delayed Packages
