Unless otherwise stated, the WallTheArt name, registered logo, site design, product presentation, text, photography, artwork documentation, catalogue numbers, graphics, and other website content are owned by or licensed to the website operator and protected by copyright, trademark, design, database, unfair-competition, and other applicable laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, adapted, distributed, published, scraped, sold, licensed, or used commercially without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits.

Purchase of a physical work does not transfer copyright, trademark, reproduction, digitization, merchandising, adaptation, or other intellectual-property rights unless a signed written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

## 3. Artwork Information

We take reasonable care to present available information about materials, dimensions, technique, condition, and status accurately. Handmade textile works may contain individual variations in weave, pile, pigment, tone, repaired areas, edges, joins, and dimensions. Product-specific disclosures should be reviewed before purchase.

An Individual Artwork Record is a WallTheArt commercial documentation record. It is not an independent certificate of authenticity, appraisal, expert opinion, title report, provenance guarantee, cultural-property opinion, or insurance valuation unless expressly stated in writing for the specific work.

“Original,” “unique,” “one of one,” “edition,” “signed,” “certified,” and similar terms apply only as specifically described on the relevant product page or supplied documentation. No external accreditation should be inferred.
