# Return and Refund Policy
At *WallTheArt*, customer satisfaction is important to us. Every order is carefully prepared and packed before shipment. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
## Return Window
Please contact us within *7 days of delivery* if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligible non-personalized items may be returned within *14 days of delivery*, as long as they are unused, undamaged by the customer, and returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
## Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within *7 days of delivery* and include:

* A brief description of the issue
After reviewing the issue, we may offer one of the following solutions:

## Personalized and Custom Products
Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Because these items are created specially for each customer, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, wrong personalization details entered by the customer, or personal preference.
## How to Start a Return

## Return Shipping
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will help with the return, replacement, or refund process.
For approved returns that are not related to damage, defect, or an incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Orders can only be canceled before they enter production or shipment preparation. Personalized or custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
